About Yannick Porter

Hey! I facilitate impact. I work toward a future in harmony with nature, where humanity thrives. As a Senior Project Manager at Fryshuset, an advisor to sustainability entrepreneur Rebecka Carlsson, and co-founder of SLO, I contribute to change across youth engagement, climate, and food systems. Over the past decade, I’ve co-led climate and environmental projects, capacity-building programs, and courses with activities, reaching participants ranging from grassroots activists to industry professionals—from 40+ countries. I collaborate with people, teams, and organizations to build capacity for transformative change. Through listening, coaching, structuring, and systematizing, I help shape their priorities, ideas, and strategies—especially in times of newness and uncertainty. I’m nerdy about strength-based leadership development, strategy that aligns vision with action, design methods for team creativity and impact, and improving information flow for good decisions and storytelling. Some of the things that inspire me are youth-driven visions for societal change, farmers transforming the food system and indigenous knowledge for a sustainable future.
