About me As a contract manager, my focus is on customer-orientated advice and support. I support our customers throughout the entire process of and BattG registration with the ear foundation and packaging licensing with the ZSVR (LUCID) in accordance with the Packaging Act - both by telephone and in writing. In my role as the responsible specialist, I manage the coordination and resource allocation within the team. Additionally, I am responsible for the continuous optimization of internal processes, both procedurally and in terms of content. My goal is to ensure efficient workflows and promote the best possible team performance. I also act as an internal interface and support stakeholders in the preparation and review of offers and contracts in German and English. I create invoices, monitor incoming payments and maintain existing contracts, including contract amendments, renewals and cancellations.
