About Yara Mostafa

As a Virtual Assistant with over 6 years of experience, I specialize in providing administrative support and streamlining processes for international companies. My background includes a strong command of tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Zoho, and QuickBooks, allowing me to manage tasks efficiently and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. I’m bilingual in Arabic and English, which has helped me collaborate with diverse teams and contribute to global projects. One of my proudest accomplishments is improving the CRM and billing processes for my current company, Haya Solutions Inc. I also handle invoicing by transferring data from Zoho to QuickBooks for monthly billing, ensuring accuracy by comparing records, and sending out payroll emails and financial statements to accountants. My role helps streamline financial processes and keeps teams updated on important financial information. I’d love to offer a free one-hour consultation to help streamline your tasks or solve a specific challenge. Feel free to connect if my profile aligns with your needs.
