YARDE' NOIR - Make Up Artist / Hairstylist / Artistic Director "When Making A Statement Means Everything!" As a child Yarde spent time in his native Washington, DC sharpening his artistry skills. His literary and visual arts skills afforded him a place in the 1997 graduating class of Duke Ellington School of the Arts. During his tenure at Ellington he began Genesys Productions, originally a fashion show production company. Now Genesys has been renamed Yarde' Noir LLC and is a hair, make-up and total imaging conglomerate. Shortly after graduation Yarde attended Bennett Career Institute majoring in hair and make-up. He also went on to study under the likes of Barry Fletcher, Gregory Bazemore, Keith Harley, Danessa Myricks, Derrick Rutledge, Reggie Wells, and many others. As an experienced Cosmetologist, Yarde loaned his talents to many runway shows, photo shoots, and campaigns further building the Yarde brand. With his beauty and fashion skills thriving, Yarde began to focus in on his Visual arts skills. Yarde attended the Art Institute of Washington majoring in Graphic Design. As a freelance artist his talents have been utilized by many businesses, social and personal associates. Yarde worked as a lead consultant for Haggerty & Associates, where his expertise was key in pageantry, modeling and performing arts. He has worked as a make-up artist for The Washington Redskins Cheerleaders, SMASHBOX COSMETICS, PRETTY by PR and sits on the artistic team for JOYA COSMETICS. Mr.Noir is the 2008 Elite Beauty Make-Up Competition Winner. Currently he is the Fashion Editor for SWERV MAGAZINE.
