Real-Time Data Ingestion & Observability: Redesigned ingestion from weekly/daily batch to near real-time, with a roadmap toward minute-level freshness. Introduced Data Observability and Data Cataloging tools — creating a trusted, discoverable data ecosystem. Cost & Governance Leadership: Cut AWS DWH costs by implementing serverless design patterns, streamlining processes, and enforcing technical governance across several teams. I'm also a core driver of GenAI adoption at scale within Verizon Connect: Designed and led a 100% serverless, Bedrock-based AI solution delivering real-time fleet insights to customers across our entire global user base. Spearheaded the adoption of AWS Strands and AgentCore to build the next generation of GenAI services in our flagship product.
