About Yari Zanini

I’m an experienced professional in the educational travelling industry. My career starts in the hospitality field in Italy, strengthens in high-level hotels in UK and Australia, and steps up in an international Tour Operator specialized in language courses, school years, internships and volunteering abroad. My background in the hospitality industry increased my management and customer care skills, and gave me the chance to work with an international clientele and team. This know-how, combined with a large number of language courses abroad (especially in UK, Australia and New Zealand) and many intense travel experiences (i.e. teaching Italian in Brazil, working-holiday gap year in Australia, backpacking in Southeast Asia, volunteering with students in Vietnam and several cultural exchanges all over the world) led me to the educational travelling industry, which I consider not only a job but a real passion. My professional and life experiences helped me to develop strong empathy skills and the ability to quickly identify customers' desires and needs in order to properly advice them, always with an eye to the company’s targets. By combining my passion for travel with my job, I enjoy developing new proposals to improve the customer’s and teamwork’s experience. Outgoing and problem-solver, I work with enthusiasm and strong commitment. An excellent knowledge of languages ​​completes my profile.
