As an Accounts Receivable Analyst at Aya Healthcare, I oversee the daily operations of a reconciliation invoice tracker that houses all invoices for registered nurses. I identify and resolve invoice discrepancies between internal and VMS systems, such as Fieldglass, Oracle, Highradius, and Blue-Sky staffing. I also manage 10 direct healthcare facilities accounts, collecting current and outstanding invoices and providing customer service. I have a passion for team building and collaborating with peers, as well as a proven track record of offering excellent customer service. I have previously worked as a VMS Reconciliation Analyst at Insight Global and a Billing Specialist at Charter Communications, where I gained valuable experience in various VMS and billing systems, analytical reporting, and service order processing. I am currently pursuing an associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Strayer University, which will enhance my skills and knowledge in the field. My goal is to leverage my expertise in Fieldglass and ADP Payroll to support the growth and success of Aya Healthcare and its clients.
