I'm a dedicated HR professional with over 5.5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Employee Engagement, and Statutory Compliance, currently specializing in Industrial Relations and Labour Law. My educational journey reflects my passion for people management and workplace justice — with an MBA in Human Resources, a PGDM in HR and Finance, and currently pursuing an LLB to strengthen my expertise in employment law and labour policy. I've worked across diverse HR functions, including payroll, performance management, onboarding, grievance handling, and legal compliance under acts like PF, ESI, Bonus, and Shops & Establishments. I’m also trained in SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central) and bring hands-on experience with HRMS tools and data-driven decision-making. Currently, I’m exploring opportunities that bridge the gap between HR strategy and legal compliance, especially in Industrial Relations, factory HR, and policy governance. My long-term goal is to contribute to building compliant, ethical, and engaging workplaces through a blend of HR and legal acumen.
