I'm a data-driven professional with a Master’s in Computer Science (Data Analytics) from the University of Galway and a Bachelor's in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering from the University of Mumbai. My background combines technical knowledge with practical experience in machine learning, natural language processing, deep learning, and data visualisation. In my current role at Irish Citylink, I integrate customer-facing responsibilities with data-driven tools and platforms to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency, leveraging platforms like Salesforce, Excel, and FleetConnect to drive efficiency, streamline workflows, and improve service delivery. I’ve also applied Python, R, and SQL across academic and industry projects, including offensive content detection in regional languages, risk modelling, and cost forecasting. I’m passionate about making data meaningful, whether it’s optimising business operations, solving real-world problems, or crafting data stories that influence decisions. I bring a collaborative, analytical mindset, strong communication skills, and a hunger to keep learning.
