Offer letter, Appointment Letters, Probation Letter, Confirmation Letters, Appraisal Letters and Increment Letters, Leave Letters, Resignation Acceptance, Relieving Letter, Experience Letter, No Due Certificate, Salary Certificate, etc. Take ownership for the Induction process and ensure all employees undergo the induction program within one month from the date of joining. Day to day administrative activities Preparation of all statutory Returns monthly/Quarterly/Half Yearly/Annually like ESIC Returns/PF Returns/ Employment Returns / Factory Act Returns.(Online Process). Maintain of personnel files. Updating records of all types of Loans like Company Loan & Vehicle Loan etc. Generation of Multi Activity Reports: Generating all types of Monthly Reports for the Management like: Salary Intimation, Mediclaim Intimations, Accidental policy Intimation, Headcounts Report, Birthday Lists etc. Management information Report- to prepare daily in-out report, Monthly report of manpower, daily late coming report, daily absent report. Statistical, Employment Exchange & Apprentices Employments requirements. Making requirements, raising indents & follow up. Welfare Activities. Union Grievances, Handling and resolutions.
