As an Assistant Project Manager at Pueblo Mechanical & Controls (Modigent), I help lead the successful execution of mechanical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. My role involves coordinating with project stakeholders, managing submittals, RFIs, and procurement processes, and ensuring all work aligns with project scope, schedule, and budget. I work closely with field teams, trade partners, and suppliers to maintain clear communication, resolve issues proactively, and support efficient job site operations. Leveraging tools like Procore, I track progress, streamline documentation, and uphold quality control standards across all phases of the project. With a Master’s degree in Construction Management & Technology from Arizona State University, I bring both academic insight and hands-on experience to every challenge. I’m also certified in OSHA and LEED, reinforcing my focus on safety and sustainability throughout the project lifecycle.
