About Yasith Yasanayake

Yasith is a graduate of W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University with a demonstrated history of leading small groups with challenging goals, managing and executing a diverse range of events, and working with a variety of organizations with partnerships in both for-profit and non-profit sectors. He is an alum of the AmeriCorps National Civilian Community Corps, where he earned the President's Volunteer Service Award for going above and beyond in positively impacting communities in the nation and inspiring others to take action. He is also a former expedition and day program facilitator at Outward Bound, where he was committed to cultivating resilience in students and organizations through challenge and discovery. Yasith is skilled in small group dynamics, communication, collaboration, developing and nurturing relationships, conflict resolution, public speaking, strategic planning, and design thinking. He is a strong community and service-oriented professional who values collaborative, compassionate dedication to creativity that is fueled by honest iterative learning.
