I am a 4th year PhD candidate in the Jun Lu Lab at the Yale Stem Cell Center investigating the ever-thrilling topic of "form follows function" in context of the mammalian neutrophil nucleus. I utilize a variety of approaches including in vivo models (genetic, cell transplant), imaging techniques (confocal, FIB-SEM, live cell imaging), and in vitro systems (functional assays, cloning). Outside of the lab, I always look forward to adventure and love challenging myself with new skills.
