About Yasmim Arantes

Chemical engineer with a PhD in environmental engineering who loves turning big sustainability ideas into real‑world progress. Over the past years I’ve worked on climate disclosures, guided science‑based target (SBTi) submissions and helped shape decarbonisation plans for global organisations. That journey has given me hands‑on experience with frameworks like the GHG Protocol, CDP and SBTi and deepened my understanding of what it takes to set and follow a net‑zero path. What I enjoy most is making sense of complex data and evolving standards and turning them into simple, actionable stories that people can use. I’m also a big believer in collaboration and continuous learning. Nothing energises me more than working with teams who are curious, innovative and committed to make a positive difference in the world.
