Thank you for viewing my profile! I bring over 22 years of experience in the social development space, with a focus on Health, Livelihood, Volunteering, Collectivization, and Youth Empowerment. My expertise spans across Programme Strategy, Design, Implementation, and Management, as well as Capacity Building. I have a passion for programme planning, intervention design, and effective implementation. Much of my learning comes from extensive field exposure to various communities and issues, enabling me to connect deeply with communities and understand their intervention needs. I have been part of teams designing and implementing impactful social programmes at both city and national levels. As a trainer, I cover topics such as Citizenship, Employability Skills, Sexual & Reproductive Health, POSH, POCSO, HIV/AIDS Counselling, Gender, Sexuality, Prevention of Child Sexual Abuse, Child Rights, Collectivization, and Leadership Building. I frequently train NGO professionals, corporate employees, and students and staff from academic institutions. Additionally, I've conducted extensive government teacher training sessions. I have independently developed training modules on Child Sexual Abuse Prevention and Volunteering Skills necessary when working with children and the elderly. I am deeply passionate about volunteering with organizations advocating for the cause of children and women.
