Alongside her husband, Brad Sorte, Yasmin launched YES Family Consulting to fill a critical gap in comprehensive care for families navigating complex emotional and relational challenges. Her approach combines clinical precision with genuine empathy, ensuring that each client receives tailored strategies that empower long-term growth and healing. With over a decade of experience, Yasmin’s expertise spans family support services, aftercare planning, and recovery coaching. Prior to founding YES Family Consulting, Yasmin played a pivotal role as Director of Development and Alumni Relations at Caron Florida, where she helped raise over $25 million for scholarships, developed innovative post-treatment programs, and facilitated workshops on family dynamics. Yasmin holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) from Florida Atlantic University and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) from Hobart and William Smith Colleges.
