That is why I am a big fan of the Sales and Marketing Field. I have over 12 years’ experience in Sales and Digital Marketing. My journey started in Merck, a multinational pharmaceutical company. I held a position of Area Sales Manager. I enjoyed leading teams, coaching and developing team members. I understand how critical being responsible for target achievement together with building a healthy work environment. Despite tough challenges, I managed to achieve year to year growth by about 35%. After shifting from Merck, I was chosen to be a marketing consultant at Upper Medic, most pioneering healthcare digital marketing agency in the Middle East and Africa in 2020. I enjoyed putting marketing strategies for clients to help them grow their business. Elevating operations team performance together with analyzing the KPIs for each customer, made the whole experience fruitful and joyful. Some of my noteworthy accomplishments include: • Contributed to monthly business profits of EGP ~2.5M by managing performance and training of a sales team across 10 cities. • Generated annual business growth (average of 35%) via effective distribution channel management and budget allocation. • Launched 2 new products for the first time in Egypt. • Earned “Innovation” award in 2014. • Won the “Best Achiever” award in 2012 Please feel free to connect.
