HelloMy name is Yasser Mohammed, I'm 26 years old. I’m from Iraq-Baghdad,Live in Hay al-Jamaa I graduated from the Translation department in 2019, after that I start my career to find a job, so I start my first job in Jul 2019 as a Technical Support in Future Of Technology (FOT) for accounting systems.my responsibilities were:1. Sales representative.2. Installing programs for customers' computers.3. Installing all the drivers for the computers of the customers.4. follow up with the customers about all the program details.5. Provides training for the customers about the programs.6. solve-Problems in the hardware or software of the computers.7. Check the new software before selling or announcing it in the markets.I love to work there because I love computers and technology systems, But I resigned because of late work hours, I worked for 14 hours daily, And we agreed on 8 hours of work.after that, I start a temporary job in Al-Jawda CO. for an electric supplement as an Administrative Employee in Feb 2020.my responsibilities were:1. Responsible for account program (Al-Bayan)2. Preparing invoices for customers.3. Supervising the processing of materials for the customers.4. Reviewing the financial documents (debts - profits - withdrawals).I resigned because as I told you it was a temporary job.after that, I start my new job as a System Administrative in Nippur Scientific Burau for a medical supplement in Sep 2020.my responsibilities were:1. Office admin.2. Responsible for account program (Al-Edari).3. Supervisor of all the trade representatives.4. Responsible for all the employees ( salaries – profits and expenses).5. Organizing all the teams (training & meetings).6. Coordinating with the customers about the marketing part.7. Professional dealing with social media programs of the company.8. Organizing contracts and official letters.I liked working there very much, and in a short time I was able to develop in my work, but the career ladder and the salary scale there were only for those who had Scientific degrees (doctors and pharmacists) and I reached a stage where there is no development because I have a literary degree. So I resigned from the office.I am a person who loves to work and adapt quickly to the work environment.I like to develop myself a lot and I like to learn anything new inside and outside my work.I like to work in a team.Quick learner and very careful in my work to get my job done right.
