11-Maintenance Control Center (MCC) – Technical Support Engineer at EgyptAir Maintenance and Engineering JAN 2016- Till present -Continuous monitoring of fleet maintenance Via AIRMAN, AHM, SKYWISE SHM & SPM to obtain on time performance defect monitoring and reduction of defects IAW Approved Data and in compliance with all specifications and safety standards-Issuing W.O in case of Defect detection by (AIRMAN, AHM, SKYWISE SHM & SPM), A/C Returned to Stand, No-Go cases and providing proper T/S to closely monitor W.O execution-Issuing NRC for any critical defect obtained via Captain Report, Certifying Staff and Repeated SNAG alert, with specified recommended action attached with required Maintenance data-Close Monitor of opened ADDL, update Daily ADDL Status, Reflect defect rectification extension, Highlight defect due date, reroute DDL status to all concerned departments, and investigate AOG requests-Revise each SNAG Category, due rectification, MEL references as defined-Brief assigned Certifying Staff in Out-Station about defect troubleshooting document as required and Continue following assigned staff during rectification-Decide A/C grounding in coordination with customer/operator MCC in case of defect repetition that will affect A/C flight safety.
