Professor Yassin EL SHAZLY holds a doctoral degree in Business Law from Jean Moulin Lyon 3 University, France. He also holds a Master's degree in law from Ain Shams University and Lyon 2-France and a Master's degree in political science from Jean Moulin Lyon 3- France and a diploma in comparative law ( American law- English Law). He is graduated from Saint George Language Schools. Professor EL SHAZLY is Professor of Commercial & Maritime Law, Ain Shams University and has recognized academic experience in regional and international universities, He is an Attorney at the Egyptian Supreme Court and the Founding Partner of Al-Feshawy & El-Shazly Law firm. He has an extensive experience in the field of negotiating and drafting business contracts and he served as a legal counsel in many cases and draft legal opinions in various areas of business law matters. He is appointed as Arbitrator and legal expert in various commercial disputes mainly in the field of construction, corporate law, contract law and agency law. Prof ELSHAZLY is a qualified arbitrator and listed in the rosters of different arbitral institutions, mainly Dubai International Arbitration Center (DIAC), Cairo Regional Centre for International Commercial Arbitration (CRCICA) and Qatar International Conciliation and Arbitration center (QICCA). He participates regularly as Expert Witness under International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) rules as well as London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA) rules. He was also nominated as an Expert under the International Center of Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID) and member of Investors Disputes Settlement Center (GAFI). Professor EL SHAZLY served as Legal Advisor to the chairman of the Financial Supervisory Authority (Egypt) and as a Legal Counsel at the National Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (Egypt) and was assigned as Legal Expert for international projects granted by the African Union and the European Union. He is selected as legal expert for drafting commercial related legislation for in the GCC. He started his career as a member of the Supreme Administrative court in the Egyptian State Council and he was also appointed at the public prosecutor office in Egypt. He is a certified trainer from the International Finance Corporation (IFC) and Egyptian Institute of Directors (EIOD).
