About Yatin Sehloth

I graduated with a upper second class honours in MSc. Biotherapeutics from University College Dublin. My bachelor's degree is in Pharmacy. I am actively seeking opportunities to contribute to the biopharmaceutical/ biotech/ pharmaceutical industry. My current lab experience consists primarily of that carried out during my coursework and my internships; I am adept in lab techniques such as liquid chromatography, HPLC, SDS-PAGE, dissolution etc. I have also worked in a pharmaceutical industry which has helped me to gain experience working in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment and to work with professionals from a range of disciplines. During my Master's Degree, I did a seven month laboratory project where I developed a number of novel scfv fragments against the antigen OmpW protein of Burkholderia Pseudomallei. In the process, I gained extensive experience in bacterial cell culture, aseptic techniques, phage display, size-exclusion chromatography, ELISA and various other techniques.
