As a Project Manager at Electric Power Engineers (EPE), I specialize in managing large-scale utility projects, including the construction and upgrading of substations, transmission line projects (low, medium, and high voltage), and providing EPCM (Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Management) services to clients in the renewable and utility sectors. My role focuses on delivering projects on time, within budget, and aligned with scope, ensuring seamless execution and integration. Previously, as a Project Manager at SunGrid, I led EPIC (Engineering, Procurement, Integration, and Construction) projects specializing in Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) and renewable energy solutions. I played a key role in advancing clean energy adoption by working closely with utility service providers, manufacturers, and end users, facilitating the successful integration of BESS into existing energy infrastructures. With a background in Electrical Engineering, a postgraduate certificate in Applied Electrical Motion and Control Management from Conestoga College, and a PMP certification from PMI, I bring technical expertise in electrical schematics, control panels, and system maintenance, coupled with strong project management skills in planning, coordination, risk management, budgeting, and quality control. I have successfully managed multiple construction projects, including BESS systems up to 20MWh & over $50M, as well as transmission line and substation projects valued up to $30M, in commercial, industrial, and utility sectors.
