About Yazid Ali

I get my master degree from Institute Technology Bandung (ITB) while also finishing my scholarship from JASSO while studying at Nagoya University (Japan). I start my career as training & people development while also studying for my master degree at Geodesi ITB. Building relationship with various client (various ministry in Indonesia, private own company, government own company, and NGO), has shown me how important it is to enhance and empower people, thus I cement my career in Human Resource. After years of experience in Learning & Development, I expand my career into Talent Acquisition, Industrial Relation, Compensation Benefit, and finally Organization Development. All of those experience have give me comprehensive picture and business process in managing human capital from startup size company until middle to large corporate company. My experience in Organization Development have though me how to think and act strategically (from creating corporate strategy, down to translate into operational performance metric). Since my background in environmental science, thus dealing a lot with various type of data, I always approach every problem with data. Every problem identification until solution are backed by data. I appreciate opinion but I only act based on data. I alway enjoy talking about problem and have great and insightful discussion about it with various stakeholder. I believe we can only grow by the amount and complexity of the problem that we can solved. My former superior (Yussy Santoso), always believe that I can always bring solution from a problem on another level.
