I’m an experienced administrative professional supporting the founding studio of Perkins & Will in Chicago—a fast-paced office of nearly 250 employees and the home base for many of our C-Suite executives. As the first face people see when they walk in, I approach my role with care, confidence, and a strong sense of intuition. Whether I’m anticipating a principal’s preferences, coordinating large-scale internal events, or managing keycards during sensitive HR transitions, I bring a people-first mindset to every task. I also contributed to internal process improvements—like creating a customized catering request system linked to our expense tracking tools—and serve on both our JEDI (Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion) committee and the IIDA STITCH design competition team.
