About Yehuda Adler

With a passion to clean and beautiful software since childhood, for the past 2 decades, I've had the opportunity to grow through leading and being part of teams in several technology companies, building products, in a high pace environment, at the highest quality. Recently I've accepted the role of 'Head of Engineering Growth'. In this role, where I can finally put to use my formal education in Psychology. I'm helping the CTO with all HR aspects of the engineering team: hiring, defining growth and learning paths, and making sure that satisfaction among the engineers is high. The main tech stack I've used has been web development using PHP and MySql, but I had no problems contributing in other environments such as Python, NodeJs and Java backends, MongoDb databases, Android native using Java, and even embedded software development in C. I enjoy many aspect of programming. I enjoy defining an architecture for new features, while trying to find the 'right'​ place for each code component, and defining a clear and clean interface between the components. I enjoy writing concise code, which gets the job done, but is kept simple, trying to prevent complexity which will inevitably cause hard to find bugs in the present or the future. I'm very proud of I feel that my good communicational skills have helped me develop through the natural stages of being a junior member of big teams, being the sole developer for a small start-up, and becoming a leader of a small team.
