Yehuda Biton, VP Operations, Omnitelecom Throughout my professional experience as finance and operations manager, I dedicated my time to making processes more efficient. With a keen appreciation for the smaller details that make up the bigger picture and the ability to understand both perspectives simultaneously, my current position as VP Operations at Omnitelecom has allowed me to leverage this skill to generate results. My achievements at Omnitelecom include a 40% reduction in the number of chargebacks made to clients, the result of precise characterization and implementation of a chargeback monitoring and management system. The successful launch of the SIP trunk solution, that enjoyed substantial market penetration, was also made possible through meticulous planning. Additionally, over the years I have taken on the reorganization of operations and distribution of international SIM card sales, achieving an 80% increase in operational profits for this product. Besides a deep interest in business, I am also fascinated by politics and government. I have a BA and MA in political science, and, prior to joining Omnitelecom in 2011, I worked as a teaching assistant in this area of study, at both Ben Gurion University and IDC Herzliya.
