With two decades of experience in energy, infrastructure, and strategic business development, I have built a career at the intersection of corporate leadership, market expansion, and investment strategy. As a senior executive, I specialize in leading large-scale energy projects, M&A transactions, and international business development, helping companies navigate complex markets and achieve sustainable growth. Currently serving as Managing Director for Israel & Vice President of Business Development at Ellomay Capital, I oversee capital structuring, debt financing, and market expansion initiatives. I have led multi-million dollar transactions, including the sale of energy assets in Italy, was involved in the financial closing of a NIS 1.6 billion pumped-storage energy and led project and many tenders (boo and bot) such as development of solar + storage projects in Israel. My work spans government relations, regulatory affairs, and securing high-value tenders (BOO & BOT models), ensuring projects align with policy frameworks and economic strategies. Previously, I held senior managerial positions, Delek Drilling & Avner Oil Exploration (now NewMed Energy), Hutchison Water, and the Ministry of Finance, where I played a pivotal role in shaping natural gas export policies, energy regulations, and large-scale infrastructure investments. I have also served on the boards of major companies, including Partner Communications and Israeli Opportunity (OIL & Natural Gas Exploration), contributing to corporate governance, investment strategy, and financial oversight.
