Technical communications and knowledge management leader with over 25 years in the technical communications and publishing fields, and more than15 years’ experience leading documentation and knowledge management teams. Managed international teams providing technical content development and knowledge management services. Was a major stakeholder in standardizing management, storage, and scaling of corporate intellectual property and knowledge.
