Background

About Yelena R.

I turn strategy into an executable plan and make sure it gets delivered.I work across engineering, product, operations, and go-to-market teams to align priorities, make tradeoffs, and move complex initiatives forward. I am biased toward clarity and action. What we are doing, why it matters, who owns it, and what happens next.I care about building reliable, scalable, resilient, and maintainable systems, and about minimizing fire drills and interruptions for teams and customers. I also care about growing people by mentoring leaders, developing engineers, and building teams that can execute consistently as the business scales.I lead multi-team platform modernization and reliability programs while keeping delivery moving.Right now, my focus is on outcomes like creating a modern platform that can scale with the business, improving stability in legacy products, and driving accountability through clear ownership and measurable goals. The specifics change based on what is most critical for the organization, but the approach stays consistent.I am always interested in connecting with people who like solving hard problems and getting things done.
