About Yeng Yang

I have 21 years of clinical experience in both clinical ambulatory and hospital medicine and 14 years of proven leadership experience in both ambulatory and hospital settings. My areas of interest include patient-family centered care including care coordination across the care continuum. I am a proven leader in building programs in both the ambulatory and acute care settings from the ground up as well as re-energizing practices. I am interested in quality improvement in both clinical and operational processes and I am always looking for transformational innovations to improve patient outcome and experience as well as strategic growth. In my drive for continuous improvement, I focus on the people including patients, providers and leaders to improve clinical outcomes, patient-clinician relationships and experience to restore and maintain joy in healthcare delivery. A core tenant of my drive for quality improvement and patient experience is working to improve health equity and advocating for people and organizational transformation to promote anti-racism and racial humility. My deep experience as a physician leader coupled with my MBA in healthcare positions me well to help lead healthcare organizations.
