I'm an experienced and delivery focused change and operational leader with a proven track record of delivering successful customer-centric change. I am an innovative thinker with dynamic leadership and motivational skills.During the previous 5 years I led the Premier Assist group of companies providing an excellent and truly unique service to customers within the vehicle rental industry. Prior to that I worked in central Government for 20 years, often in a customer facing environment managing large operational teams. My main focus though has been on change management as a senior Programme and Project manager (Prince 2 Practitioner) with direct responsibility for implementing large-scale changes and new legislation. I have extensive experience of identifying and managing the impact of change in both corporate and public sector organisations, leading Business Redesign Programmes, collaborating with and influencing senior stakeholders, Government Ministers and CEOs in redesigning entire organisations from the ground up, turning round faltering businesses and teams, dramatically improving profits and customer service, including designing and implementing customer-centric processes, using Lean principles.
