Hi, I’m Yetunde.A curious, driven, and people-focused professional currently doing my PhD in Marketing, Strategy and Innovation here in the UK. My research looks at how small and medium-sized businesses can embed sustainability into what they do; something I believe is no longer optional but essential for real impact.My journey started with a BSc in Accounting and an MSc in Finance, and over the years, I’ve built up over a decade of experience managing operations across retail, construction, and education. I have led process improvements that reduced costs, improved delivery times, and helped businesses grow in competitive markets. Whether it’s designing smarter supply chain strategies or helping a start-up find its market fit, I love bringing structure, clarity, and results to complex challenges.But beyond the numbers and strategy, I care deeply about people. I enjoy roles where I can bring out the best in others, contribute to a positive working environment, and support things running smoothly especially in organisations that serve the public or make a difference. That’s one of the reasons I’m excited about finding a role where I can keep learning about sustainability in action.Outside of work, I volunteer with young people mentoring and encouraging them to see possibility where others see limits.
