Passionate about technology and innovation, I’ve led StartX Software Consulting since 2009—a firm specialized in custom software development, consulting, and SaaS solutions. Under my leadership, we created CaptuData, a SaaS platform that is transforming field supervision and project monitoring in 14 Latin American countries, enabling efficient and secure data collection and project management. My mission is to transform project supervision in Latin America through cutting-edge technology that ensures transparency, efficiency, and precision in every stage of execution. With CaptuData, we’re setting a new standard for remote monitoring—expanding into new sectors and integrating technologies like Artificial Intelligence to optimize decision-making and operations. CaptuData has been successfully implemented in projects funded by the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), digitizing infrastructure monitoring across multiple countries, improving data collection in the field, reducing reporting delays, and strengthening traceability and data security. In Peru, the platform has transformed how water and sanitation projects are monitored through the PIASAR program—enhancing transparency and enabling real-time remote audits. In Argentina, CaptuData supports remote inspections for the Ministries of Public Works and Education, facilitating environmental and social follow-up. In Ecuador, it digitized post-occupancy monitoring of housing programs, and in Costa Rica, it modernized the regulatory processes for the College of Pharmacists. Beyond CaptuData, I’ve led digital transformation initiatives at StartX across various industries—helping clients adopt technology to improve operational efficiency and enable data-driven decision-making. This has led to significant improvements in field data collection, project tracking, and beneficiary management, raising transparency and precision standards at every level.
