About Yi Thying Chan

I'm a graphic designer with approximately 5 years work experience in a corporate gift company and an advertising agency in Singapore, as well as an in-house designer in a park and recreation organization in Malaysia. Art, design, language and culture is something I appreciate very much. My hope is to continue to learn and grow each day, while keeping an open mind for various opportunities along the way. Japan, its people, life, language and culture has always been a great part of my interest. Hence I have taken the big leap of faith to set foot in Japan, studied Japanese language to enable smoother interaction with the local community, and to immerse myself in the Japanese culture and daily life in Japan. Currently I am working as a designer in an IT company, supporting various departments in their design communication needs while continue learning to expand my skills in digital design. It is my hope to continue living in Japan to learn, grow and exchange cultural and life experiences through working/collaborating opportunities.
