About Yibo Cui

Customer service is at the core of everything I do. In my short career as a fast-food worker, a receptionist, a dental assistant and an account manager, I have learned that consistent delivery of positive experiences is the key to retaining customers. Besides my customer service skills, I have also developed several other key skills in my role as a receptionist and a dental assistant- Communication skills to deal with clients- Dispute resolution skills to keep clients calm- Problem-solving skills to resolve issues within my ability- Teamwork skills to ensure maximum efficiency inside the clinic. As soon as I attained my Bachelor of Commerce degree, I was promoted to account manager. In those 14-months, I reduced four of seven clinics' inventory spending by 20%. I have also contributed ideas for attracting patients to one of the clinics with short-term success. It is also while working as an account manager that I awakened my passion for accounting. Now, I am a postgraduate student majoring in accounting and finance. I chose to pursue further education to possess the necessary skills to serve my future clients better.
