About Yichen Tang

I am seeking a People Analyst/Consulting role, where I can apply my combination of skills, including project management, people analytics, and communication to drive organizational success for clients. As a soon-to-be graduate with a Ph.D. in I/O Psychology from Georgia Institute of Technology in May/August 2025, my experience and passion for analyzing and optimizing human capital make me the ideal candidate. Throughout my academic and professional journey, I have consistently demonstrated my ability to apply my knowledge to solve real-world business problems-My team emerged as the champion of the SIOP 2023 consulting challenge, where we developed a strategic plan to facilitate organizational learning-In my most recent internship, I worked as a part-time analyst, designing programs that enhanced employees' information elaboration skills and engagement-I presented workshops aimed at improving research team effectiveness and promoting collaboration.
