I'm a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with over 6 years of experience in providing direct applied behavior analysis (ABA) services to clients with special needs. With a strong commitment to prioritizing clients' welfare and fostering positive behavioral, social, academic, and emotional development, I work closely with clients, parents, and educational staff to assist clients in acquiring functional skills that promote independence. In my role, I conduct initial skills assessments (e.g, VB-MAPP, Vineland), perform Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), create behavior support plans, provide supervision and support to direct staff, offer parent training, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide effective treatment. Additionally, I am bilingual in Chinese and English, which allows me to effectively communicate and collaborate with a diverse range of clients and families, ensuring that language is never a barrier to receiving quality care. As a dedicated professional in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), I am committed to protecting clients' rights and ensuring that treatments are delivered in the most beneficial manner to empower them to live the best life possible. My mission is to ensure every client receives the most effective, evidence-based treatments available within an environment that is safe, supportive, and responsive to their unique needs.
