About Ying Pei

I am a Project Marketing Apprentice at Schneider Electric, a global leader in energy management and automation. I am also pursuing my Master in Management at ESSEC Business School, one of the top-ranked business schools in Europe. I have a bachelor's degree in French Literature from East China Normal University, and an exchange experience at Sciences Po Lyon, a prestigious institution for political and social sciences. My core competencies include brand marketing, project management, event organisation, and social media. Previously, I was a Catalyst Brand Management Intern at Nike, where I orchestrated a sustainable relationship with 10+ KOLs and celebrities to foster brand awareness on Chinese social media. I also assisted the planning of large-scale campaigns to bring high-end co-branded products to market, and participated in the demand planning of Nike’s products dedicated to the 2022 Winter Olympics. Before that, I was a Project Management Assistant at Ping An International Financial Leasing, where I coordinated with 10+ suppliers and 10+ internal stakeholders daily to refine conference brochures and relevant corporate materials, and assisted PRs to maintain long-term relationship with press & media. I am passionate about sustainability and innovation, and I believe I can bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, as well as contribute to the organization's goals and vision.
