I have over seventeen years of experience in sales and marketing leadership, managing international teams and operations, and driving results through customer relationship management and business development. I also work as the Business Development Manager, North American Market at the same company, focusing on building relationships with existing top customers and transforming them into key strategic accounts. I promote autonomy and creativity for my team to reach their highest potential, and I hire and train new staff, coordinate several departments, and communicate with clients. I am passionate about environmental technology and innovation, and I hold an MSc in Environmental Technology and a BSc in Environmental Engineering, as well as multiple certifications in sales and performance management.
