About Yisel Alba

I am a Spanish native speaker with a bachelor's degree in German and English Linguistics and Culture. After University I worked for more than 3 years in a travel agency(Cubatur/GranCuba) where I worked in different positions. In addition to that, I’ve worked as a Project Manager for over 2 years with Flexword, an international language services provider where I work on a daily basis with CAT Tools such as SDL Trados, Plunet Business Manager, Across etc. I managed teams of translators and interpreters working on different projects simultaneously. In addition I have gotten a Health Insurance License, which allows me to participate in health insurance business which I have done and enjoyed for the last 2 years. A vast experience in customer service is also part of my curriculum: CSR for Bank institutions as for Healthcare. As a Health insurance agent specialized on Medicare products I have successfully participated in two AEP and I've been working consistently with Medicare recipients for more than two years by now. I felt in love with the type of work and interaction I do. As part of my daily work routine I'm in constant interaction with customers and employees. On the other hand, I have experience in public relations, Project managing and customer service. I am hard working, very enthusiastic and I love helping people. I have excellent communication skills with the ability to learn quickly.
