About Yiting Chen

I’ve been working as an administrative assistant for over seven years. Since 2022, I’ve been working at Radio Free Asia’s Mandarin Service, where I handle a wide range of administrative responsibilities, from managing travel authorizations and expenses to coordinating meetings, escorting guests, and organizing service-wide and company-wide events. I also regularly support cross-department collaboration and assist overseas staff, ensuring smooth operations across the board. Before RFA, I spent five years with the Economic Division at TECRO, where I served as a receptionist and administrative assistant. My work included welcoming guests, organizing meetings and events, sorting mail and emails, managing files, and supporting employee health insurance matters. I’m eager to learn, quick to adapt, and proactive in identifying problems and finding solutions. No matter the role, I always give my best and aim to create a stable, efficient support system for the team. With the experience I’ve gained and my mindset for continuous improvement, I’m ready to take on more diverse and challenging responsibilities and contribute even more in the future.
