With a Prosci certification in change management and a strong foundation in project management, I contribute to steering committees, risk assessments, and multi-stakeholder collaboration. Over more than a decade in industrial project management, I have honed expertise in budget oversight, strategic planning, and stakeholder engagement. Recent projects include leading the successful ramp-up of composite and de-icing production lines and ensuring seamless cross-border production transitions. I am committed to delivering innovative, high-impact solutions that enhance operational performance while fostering collaboration across diverse teams and partners.
