About Yoann Robert

I am passionate about fast-paced companies in multi cultural environments. My years at Nespresso taught me how a structured company is working and how to adapt myself to this structure, and most important, to all people working in. There, I also discovered the power of KPIs and analytics. Then, during my Master International Business Management at INSEEC Business School in Bordeaux, I had the opportunity to join Pitaya, the fastest growing food franchise company in France. I was glad to be part of the top 10 first employees, as Expansion Manager. As you can guess, building a company, its processes and its organisation from scratch was super exciting and intense. From 10 restaurants in 2018, we reached 70 restaurants in 2020, being the fastest growing network in France. On the other hand, I was in charge of building all the tools, dashboards, KPIs, etc. and analysing them, to define a clear strategy for the company, for people in each teams and for our franchisees. In 2020, I joined byrd, a European 3PL company with a dynamic and multicultural team, where I discovered the exciting and challenging world of logistics. After one year as an Account Manager and three years as Head of Account Management, I was promoted to Director of Account Management. In this role, I was tasked with building and driving the growth of the Customer Success department. Additionally, I assumed responsibility for the Operations and Logistics teams, complementing the customer-facing teams to enhance the overall customer experience and guide the customer journey toward continued success.
