About Yoav Somech

Certified Public Accountant with more than 30 years of comprehensive experience in providing managing and financial consulting services to a variety of enterprises. For a decade, I held the positions of CEO and CFO of several construction and real estate companies involved in large projects across the country. I also served as CFO of one of the largest insurance companies and insurance agencies in Israel. Since 2001, I’ve been serving as a financial and economic advisor to various large and medium size companies. As part of my services, I managed several successful mergers and acquisitions, including development and implementation of company recovery plans, and active involvement in the sale of the companies. In addition, I spearheaded significant initiatives of real estate development projects amounting to thousands of residential and office units, including urban renewal projects in Rosh HaAyin, Tel Aviv and Kiryat Malachi, as well as the Central Park Towers project in Tel Aviv (as project trustee responsible for the general management of the project operations until delivery), and many others. Over the years of my career I gained profound knowledge and extensive experience in performing valuations and due diligence, along with implementing financing and capital raising processes for business ventures of all types in the capital and the private market, including high-tech, insurance, real estate, construction and industrial companies.
