More than 22 years total experience in cost estimation/cost engineering and project engineering. Have worked as lead of estimator at JRay McDermott for fabrication of 75 modules of phase VI LNG train expansion Woodside Project. Have worked as a senior estimator at CB & I Constructors Western Australia for many of storage tanks and spheres Project in Australia and Asia Pacific. Have worked as a senior estimator at British Petroleum Indonesia for Tangguh Expansion Project of Onshore LNG Train 3 facility and 2 platform of offshore Gas production facility. have been working starting from the stage of pre-FEED, FEED, Appraisal, Selection, Define, and through until Execution/construction stage. Main responsibility : preparing and generating detail AFE direct and indirect cost (CAPEX/OPEX). Generated owner cost or project support which included all early work project, Tie-ins, PMT plan, HSSE, Insurances, permit, medical, security, environment, inspection/certification, technical support, and others based on Scope of Work requirement. Current focus primarily as Cost Estimation Senior Engineer at Pertamina EP for Operation and Investation cost Budget which included Mechanical Equipment, Civil, Structural and Piping Facility Project. Working closely and experienced in new bid and live project of Onshore & offshore, storage tanks & spheres, modules/pipe racks, piping & mechanical equipment, facilities, waste water treatment, civil preparation, earth work, based on class 5 estimate (order of magnitude), and also detail class 2 estimate. also have experience with change order/variation order eatimate for running project.
