Also UPH and UPPH achievement. • Responsible for on time Delivery.(OTD) • Having the best control of handling MI, Testing, Assembly, and Box Build. • Focusing areas like cost reduction/productivity improvement and mainly 5’s • Arrange all material needed for achieving that day plan and also arrange for future plan. • Conducting meeting of all line leader for motivation and pre planning for resolve the problem. • If plan is not achieve then find the root cause for why plan not achieved in that line and give corrective action. • Attending the ECN meeting and implement on line. Also UPH and UPPH achievement. • Daily review of productivity, productivity related problem. • Knowledge gaining from the experts & implemention of new technology in the department. • Taking Counter measure Actions for process Issues Quality Issue. • Responsible for on time Delivery. • Manpower allocation as per flow chart and customer SOP
