Earlier Saini co-founded the Valley startup Blueline Online Inc.- the first project B2B SaaS solution (ProjectNet) for the $3.2 Trillion EPC industry. M&A activities included eBricks NY and Bidcom. At Cephren he managed worldwide BD and significant revenue generation. He raised over $50MM from investors like Bechtel GE Cap Telos & Warburg Pincus. At Citadon Saini structured a jv in Japan and a multi-million $ license deal in HK and China. He developed strategic alliances with Paul Y. ITC DLS Chung Keong Capital Land TEPCO Mitsubishi Kajima Shimizu Mitsui Hyundai and Samsung. Prior to that he led KPMG Strategic Services collaborative solutions practice.
