A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step'. As a seasoned Project Manager, I've witnessed this first-hand, leading numerous successful product development programs. My experience has been instrumental in:* Launching four new Mahindra pickup truck models in 2022 & 2023, resulting in a 4% market share increase and solidifying leadership position.* Coordinating the design, development, and launch of India's first fully electric sedan, the e-Verito.* Developing a complete line of Brazing solutions, saving the organization Rs 1 million in annual royalty fees. My expertise in program and project management can add significant value by driving business growth through strategic collaborations and high-performing teams. Beyond my core skills, I'm passionate about effective communication. I actively hone these skills through voice modulation techniques, delivering presentations at webinars/lectures, and even writing an e-Book in Marathi. Outside of work, I enjoy reading on diverse topics, watching great movies, and experimenting with creative concoctions at home.
