As a BI Analyst at Hertz, I provide business intelligence and analysis solutions to various stakeholders, such as revenue management, field operations, pricing, and sales departments. I prepare and compile daily, weekly, and monthly reports using various data sources and tools, such as Cognos, Teradata, SQL Server, Cyberquery, and CARS+. I also identify trends and revenue opportunities, and recommend ways to enhance efficiency and profitability. In addition, I contribute to planning, designing, and implementing end-to-end automation system architecture to improve data quality and build BI dashboards. I hold a master's degree in data analytics from Deakin University, where I learned and applied various skills and techniques, such as data warehousing, data modelling, database design, data visualization, integrations, system architecture, automation scripts, and project management. I am proficient in using MS SQL Server, Tableau, Power BI, Excel, Python, R, AWS, and Azure, among others. I am passionate about finding insights and solutions from data, and I am always eager to learn new technologies and methods. I am also an effective communicator and collaborator, who can work with different teams and clients, and deliver high-quality results.
