With over 20 years experience in the commercial sector, I have had the privilege of working on transformative projects. My focus has always been on putting the consumer first, ensuring their needs and preferences shape the strategies. I find great joy in developing and motivating teams, helping them reach their full potentials. Currently, I lead the Commercial function at Sampoerna, the largest entity within Philip Morris International and across Indonesia’s FMCG sector. Multiple countries experience provides me with a diverse and global perspective on business strategies. A significant part of my role involves the adoption of Smoke-Free Products The company’s dedication to creating a smoke-free future and its investment in cutting-edge technologies and people make it a great place to work. I am incredibly proud to be part of the team that is not only driving business success but also making a positive impact to society. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and exploring new places. Traveling brings fresh perspective and teaches me different cultures and human behaviors, which always excite me.
